Autumn has arrived, Ill start with the reports.
Hithermoor: Fishing well with carp bream and tench all reported, Use your watercraft to find fish first before chosing swim.
Colne: Upper section fishing very well for Barbel with multiple catches reported (photos would be nice!!) Roach to just under 2lb caught, Chub in selected areas but once you find them out in numbers.
Moorlane: Front lake still producing bags of Rudd, The Tench are still coming out but stealth is the key. Long lake, Carp to 22lb coming out and multiple catches reported.
First leg was at Hithermoor no fish caught but we were treated to a northern light show or was it UFO sighting during the late evening!. Second leg was Moorlane Long lake Dan Ball took the early lead with a 12lb Mirror carp but then our Head Bailiff Jason Caught an 18lb Common during the night and took the lead.We then had a long wait with the fish showing everywhere but only teasing everyone until to final whistle. Result 1st Jason Rackley, 2nd Dan Ball. Thanks to all that took part in this Match a great time was had by all.
We had a work party on the colne to clear some fallen trees from swims 1 ,3 and 5. This work was undertaken with the interest of angler and fish safety in mind, Swim 5 was full of snapped up rigs in the snag and with this in mind we deemed it best to remove the snag before we lose a fish to it. This was a very good work party but once again it was attended by all the usual suspects. Just to Note that if all our members turned up to a work party then we would only need one!!!!!!!!!!!.
Please please please up load your catches to facebook or report them to the Bailiffs or come along to the monthly meeting. Your imput is important to us please make the effort to come along.
Thanks and tight lines
The Bailiff team.

Well were to start,
River Colne has been fishing well with good reports coming in from the Bailiffs, The top end has been fishing excetionally well with reports of Double figure Barbel coming out. The Lower section must be fishing equally as good because everyone going down there is tight lipped !. Good to see the new members getting in on the action too.
Hithermoor Flood relief
Plenty of Carp showing and getting caught both from the surface and from the bottom, A tip for all our new members prebaiting is the key to this lake. The Bream have also been coming out on various methods and baits. The Tench have also made an appearance which is very good to see as we all no they can be notoriously hard to catch on any water. Large shoals of Roach and Rudd can be found around lake with a few skimmers mixed in.
Front Lake has been fishing well with reports of Tench to 5lb coming out and Rudd can be caught in large numbers. Give it a try Guys.
Long Lake has reports of multiple catches of carp up to 20lb. Large shoals of Bream and Roach/Rudd can been seen. There are also some real nice Tench in this lake so come give it a go try.

The work party have cleared the first section as you can see in pictures with great results. We will be planning more work partys for this project and hope to get more members involved.
