Directions
Leave the M4 at junction 4B turing left on the M25. Proceed to Junction 11 and exit left into A317 (St Peters Way) continue to the roundabout and exit first left into Chertsey Road. Take the next right into B387 (Fordwater Road) and continue straight on into B387 (Weirs Road) at the junction (TFC) lights turn right into the B375 (Bridge Road), continue on over Chertsey Bridge into Chertsey Bridge Road at mini roundabout take the second exit into Chertsey Road and take secon right which is continuation of Chersey Road and Ferry Lane is next on the right.The lake is a hundred yards down on the left hand side.
Parking
weather permitting you can drive to your swim but in the winter the track can deterioate so parking is on the hard area inside the gate.
Species
Lake - Carp up to 40LB, Tench to double figures, Bream to double figures, Perch to 4LB, Pike to 30LB and also some large Roach are present.
River - The usual Thames species including Chub, Barbel, Bream, Carp, etc all to good sizes.
Out of bounds
There are no out of bounds on the lake and the river may only be fished where indicated in members hand book.
Rules
No nuts are allowed of any type, barbed hooks are permitted. Boats are permitted for bait placing only, lifejackets must be worn and members go onto the water at their own risk. Electric powered motors only. Night fishing is allowed. No open fires. Unhooking mats must be used. Keepnets are allowed for silver fish only.
